All our orders typically ship within a day of receipt. We also provide our customers with the lowest possible shipping rates (US$2.35 per order on average) by using the US Postal Service as our default shipping service - both in the US and internationally - and we do not charge any handling fees. Tracking numbers are provided so orders can be tracked. For international orders tracking is more limited as it generally only tracked until it is handed over to your country's postal services. Please email us at orders@celsusbio.com if your shipment does not arrive within a reasonable time or if you have any other questions about an order.

Shipping costs are non-refundable in case of returns and/or refunds. Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy for further details.

Returns Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can unfortunately not offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return we may require you to return the item in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase: our original purchase confirmation email to you with the order number.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank or Credit Card Company: There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at orders@celsusbio.com.

Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they were materially defective or damaged at the time of arriving at your address. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at orders@celsusbio.com and send your item to: PO Box 7277, Boulder, CO USA 80306.

Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate or coupon code will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
